Have you ever heard of “Chr-anksgiving”? Most likely not, I feel I coined the term myself. My girlfriend thinks I really should have known as it “Th-istmas”. Either way the concept is pretty simple. All it indicates is that this year Thanksgiving and Christmas will get celebrated on the exact same day (nowadays). Now why would we do that? Well my Brother and his wife are about to leave for Africa and they will be gone via Christmas. So if our loved ones was going to have a shot at Christmas together these days was it. So we ate turkey and exchanged gifts on the very same day.
